rizwan, view script option is available only in case of queries based on relational sources. It is greyed out when directly working on bex.
If you are working on relational sources and if view script is not available for you in query panel. I guess probably due to insufficient rights provided to you by your administrator. Have a word with the concerned person to get the proper rights.
