hi,Adding the component to the planned order is temporary adjustment,either directly add the material after converting the planned order into the production order at BOM overview screen.
second option is since the MRP explodes the BOM during run, it is better to add the component in BOM Header material first,then run the mrp,it certainly takes that material.
