We have a client requirement as mentioned below:
Current scenario: Initial Leave balance is same always for all the month and system will calculate the total number of leaves availed till date and deduct from the initial balance and will show the remaining balance in payslip, paylip is having 3 columns-
Current month : initial balance ( constant- 15 ),
leave availed : 10 ( total leaves till date )
remiaining leave : 5
next month : initial balance : 15
leaves availed: 11( 1 for the current month)
Remaining leave: 4
Required Scenario: Every month when employee enter the leave in the system is should get deducted from the balance remaining balance should be the initial balance for the next month. So the initial balance should change every month and availed leave should be calculated for the current month only.
Please suggest solution for the same.
