Hi,
You may run the report : RMCONTK1 as explained in the KBA: 1774908 - Different values between release order and release documentation.
Test the report with "SIM" flag and then run the report without "SIM" flag. This will correct the inconsistency. Please check the KBA for more details and proceed accordingly.
Revert back with your SAP release if its not solved.
