Hi Abdul,
When the file is downloaded it is "KGPAD18.SAR" and when i search it in the directory it again is KGPAD18.SAR .No file with the name KGPAD18.SAR.part exist.And i have crossed check it numerous time the file is indeed 38,600 Kb every time i download the file.So that is definitely not the issue.
