You can filter/restrict values of '2 Grade Shift' by following steps:

1. Create a variable and assign the value as Y.
2. Create a new input control on this variable and assign Custom List of Values->Insert N.
3. Now, Write a formula to restrict the column 2 Grade Shift based on the selection made in input control(use If condition).

About 'Grade Shift' Variable, You don't get the values because these values are derived based on another Dimension.

Kindly provide details(formula used) about the Grade Shift Variable & the Dimension associated with it.
