Thanks for the reply.

Provided link is useful, but i want to use the same Universe and same dataprovider, but want to update the customized query for the dataprovider.

Example Like:

<dataprovider>

<query>SELECT Employee.EmpID, Employee.EmpName FROM Employee where Upper(Employee.EmpName)='RAJ'</query>

</dataprovider>

Here my scenario is to update the query with conditions, like

Upper(Employee.EmpName)='Pavan'
