Hi,

First check how many application servers exist on your production(BW).

if needed, please ask basis team to create few more application servers to process requested laods in time.

First check the last loded request, how records added and  transferred.

As you said its full load, just make your failed request as red status  and try to load the data by manual for today.

if you have more data,try to increase data packet sizes at dtp level and increase parallel processes if needed.

Use  T code - RSODSO_SETTINGS to improve dso loading and activation if your on bw 7.x.
