first u have to get sap b1 software ....
you system configuration is good there is nothing to add to your pc
plz have a look on below video u can install easily..
before installing you need to install sap sql server
if sap b1 8.8 2005 or 2008
sap b1 9.0 2008 or 20012

if u develop any addon u have to install vb.net too..
