Re: Duplicates and Summary Count/Distinct Count

I added a Group Header Summary > Distinct count > on field @ResolutionTime, which is the number of days between 2 dates so I can subtotal all the days for each group. But, it's not adding/counting each groups days accurately.

I also grouped on {CallLog.CallID} but its not removing the duplicates, so I kept the code ....{CallLog.CallID} = Next( {CallLog.CallID}) in the details section intact.
