If you have the old installation media then you may use that to do export and import.

As this is on Linux the other option is to copy the files manually from the source server to the target server. I have done it and it worked.

You can either install the database software or copy the binaries.

Once the profiles, SAP and DB binaries are copied then you may restore the database and the file system content from /usr/sap/SID.

If you want to create the target with the SWPM tool then try with another version of the tool.
