Please check the job in source system , there might be possibilities that sometime job get stuck in source system due to space constrain and resource unavailability.
Please find the attached screen shot to check through.
sometimes if previous job is running continuously then also data load will get stuck.
In this case please find the job in source system relevant to your Info package and ask BASIS team to cancel the previous one.
