Hi Raj,
you enhanced same info cube or new info cube with old info cube structure + new fields.
Whatever it is, BPC pulling mechanism won't disturb existing bw cube.
After BPC load, you can check BW info cube --> right click--> manage--> request tab and check requests and when its loaded.
You may find the cause if any one loaded on the same time or if any bw process chains triggered repeatedly.
