I got a problem for my actual project and i really need help on it. I need to put different authorizations for different groups of users for inbound e-mail.
But the problem is: When we receive an e-mail in the inbox, the e-mail is transformed into SAP office document and not into 0004 standard transaction type (We are using ERMS).
And i think the best solution is to set up a system to transformed automatically at the reception in SCOT a email into "0004" transaction type.
Because we can set up more easily authorization setting on a transaction type than a SAP office document (or work item).
