Payroll not possible, no instance of IT 7 exixts.

Dear Expert,

we are getting issue while running payroll.

em join date is:12.05.2014

I upload he time data with 01.07.2014.But system giving error for every employee.

Bec i am assuming we are live with 01st July.so i create record 01.07.2014 for IT 0007

Please advice for the same.
