select particular value in output

Hi everyone,

I had an doubt that how to exclude the output with particular values.

consider In example output 53,54,55,56,57,58,59.

but i need to exclude 56,59 . and remain values have to come in abap .

i dont know how to do that .

please let me know. this is an example which i mentioned.
