The note 1670678 discusses the new features in SAP GUI for Windows 7.30 in comparison with the previous GUI releases.
Basically apart from the new theme available (Signature and Corbu) the application screens and the interaction of the users with users remains unchanged.
No regression testing standard is available or even needed.
