Hi Dick,
The easiest thing you could do is copy that SQL and create a report off of it.
Open the Database Expert > Expand the current database connection > Click Add Command > Type in the SQL Query > OK.
If you still wish to do this inside Crystal Reports, you would need to :
1) Insert a Group via the Group Expert
2) Drag and drop the fields you need on the Details Section
3) Insert a summary via the Insert Summary option and place it on the Group header / Group Footer
