Code list restriction is not working for customer fields

Hello Gurus,

We have added two fields as a type list to the Opportunity screen through Adaptation.

Now we want to make these dropdowns are dependent on role.

So we have used "Code list restriction" functionality from admin, based on the role we are restricting the values.

But the dropdown values are not getting filtered.

Let me know if you need more details.

Please share your thoughts.
