Thanks for your responses.
I have the S-User Id and I was able to get to the screenshot which Sumeet has shown.
Once I click on 'U', I am getting the following messages(below screen shot) and the software download option is not seen unfortunately.
I'll try to see if any of the person from Basis team can help and this probability is low.
Please let me know if there are any other options to download. I really appreciate for your help.
