Hi Horst,
I deleted the patch by right-clicking in the patch solution on solution explorer and hitting "Delete Solution". But this still exists under the implementation manager of the original solution. It is not allowing me to create a new patch !!!! This is such a pain 
. Please help on what should be done next.
