Thanks for your inputs. The 24 hours of leave are available from the date of joining. The leave should not carry forward for next year. I have set base entitlement for 24 hours. Considering the scenario where an time evaluations for two years and emp has taken leave for 24 hours in the second year.
In PT50, when you try to view all the leaves in the absence quota tab, the accumulated record for the leave shows entitlement - 48, Remaining -24, Requested -24. Here the Remaining should be zero instead of 24 hours.
Any Ideas on how this can be achieved?
