Attachments are stored in the database tables based on your content server configuration.

If you configure to use SAP standard database tables, documents shall be stored in either of these tablesSDOKCONT1, DMS_CONT1_CD1 or BDS_CONT1

Check your configuration in OAC0 to get more details on content server configuration.
