More functional than technical, but in reading this blog

is it possible to create event EH_ONEDIT for this view? to allow the fields to be editable on the assignment block vs the users going into the details to edit each one at a time? I only assume this block was not delivered this way as 2 fields are text out of the box "strength & weakness" text. Where we have extended a few additional fields to the component.
