Unknown entry appearing in SIA properties on Startup tab

Hi Team,

In our dev env we r seeing the entry of the production entry.if we go to the SIA -Startup Tab- we can see the prod entry if we stop the SIA & delete also no use how can we delete the same so we wont see the entry of the prod entry any thoughts would be help full.
