As your AgentryServer.exe is working, the AgentryGUI is really only to turn on and off log files. it is nothing really needed.
If you really want to get it fixed, you will need to contact SAP Support, but the first thing they will say is Upgrade to at least 6.0.46, (as that is what I would say when I was still on that team).
